According to Kayode Ajulo, a Senior Advocate in Nigeria, certain Ondo State government representatives are signing documents on behalf of the ailing Rotimi Akeredolu, the state governor.

Ajulo stated as much on Monday during her appearance on Arise Television’s Morning Show.

He further revealed that because Akeredolu has not been constitutionally granted power, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, the deputy governor, is unable to succeed him.

According to Ajulo, this has made it easier for cabals to seize control of the state’s government.

As a lawyer, I have solid authority on this, claims Ajulo. Five commissioners addressed notes to the governor, and all of them received permission in return.

There are observable differences between the permission and what the governor had approved when he was still hale and hearty.

“It has been made explicit by the Police and Administration of Justice Act that private investigators may be hired due to the problem, and their findings are extremely damaging. The EFCC actually needs to go to Ondo State in order to do certain inquiries.

“The governor is not the signatory to the alleged signature. It’s really obvious.
