On Friday night, a guy who has not yet been named was brought off an aircraft from Abuja to Lagos.
According to reports, the middle-aged protester standing alone demanded that Bola Tinubu, the president-elect, never take office on May 29.
The 6 p.m. flight was still at a standstill as of 7 p.m. in the footage our journalist was able to get, and it took no less than six airport security agents’ efforts to extricate him.
When he was being taken off the aisle and captured on camera, the guy could be heard saying, Obidients, you’re here. They are torturing me like this. I’m nave, Obidients, and you’re here. Obedients, I’m about to strip off my clothes.
But nobody dared approach since he was surrounded by representatives of Ibom Air and the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria.
The DSS called the scheme an anomaly and claimed it would weaken civil authority and cause a preventable disaster for the nation.

This was said in a statement by Peter Afunanya, the service’s spokesperson.
But on Friday, the 36 state governors, acting through the Nigeria Governors’ Forum, demanded that the DSS immediately apprehend and bring charges against individuals engaged in the scheme to replace the country’s democratic system with an interim one.
The NGF also cautioned the DSS against making remarks prior to being apprehended, pointing out that doing so may inflame the political climate.
Aminu Tambuwal, the governor of Sokoto State and the forum’s chairman, revealed this in a statement on Friday.
