Aina excited about representing Nigeria at AFCON 2023

Ola Aina, a defender for Nottingham Forest, is excited to represent Nigeria’s Super Eagles at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.

Jose Peseiro, the head coach of Nigeria, is anticipated to name Aina in the team for the competition.

After Cameroon 2021 and Egypt 2019 in the AFCON finals, that will be his third appearance.

The full-back is excited to return to the competition every two years.

It felt fantastic to be eligible. Aina said to Premier League TV that “everyone was happy and excited to be back for the tournament.”
