Ahmed Musa tells the Super Eagles that Guinea-Bissau would be a challenging opponent

Ahmed Musa, the captain of the Super Eagles, has cautioned his teammates that Guinea-Bissau will be a challenging opponent in their AFCON qualifying match on Friday.

At the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja, the Super Eagles will play Guinea-Bissau in an AFCON qualifier on Friday night.

In the Estadio 24 de Setembro, José Peseiro’s team would play the Djurtus in the rematch three hours later.

Guinea-Bissau, Sierra Leone, and Sao Tome and Principe are Nigeria’s opponents in Group A.

Musa stated, “We all realise the importance of the game and we are not taking things lightly,” while speaking to the media on Thursday in Abuja. At the AFCON, we faced Guinea-Bissau, and it was difficult.

They are a challenging foe. We are playing at home in front of our supporters, and we hope to win to go one step closer to the AFCON.
