Gabriel Agbonlahor, a former Aston Villa forward, has advised Harry Maguire to quit Manchester United and the Premier League.
Following their decision to remove him from his captaincy at Old Trafford, the Red Devils did this.
Maguire had up to this point insisted on remaining with the team despite just having a minor role in Erik ten Hag’s squad last season. Ahbonlahor, who now lacks the captaincy, asserted that the club’s move demonstrates the England international is no longer welcome at Old Trafford.
Agbonlahor suggested to talkSPORT that Harry Maguire tell himself, “I need to play somewhere, I have the Euros coming.”
If I were him, I would join another European league. “Go and play someplace, but play at a level that you think you’re good enough to play at.
“I’m going to play regular football in Italy and, possibly, Spain. I object to the way Manchester United supporters treat him.
