The game on Sunday will take place in Dar es Salaam at the Azam Sports Complex.
FIFA relocated the match to Tanzania because Burundi was unable to offer a suitable venue for the match.
The reversal will happen the following weekend in Abuja’s Moshood Abiola Stadium.
The victor of the two legs will earn a spot in Colombia’s 2024 U-20 Women’s World Cup.
West Africans have participated in every FIFA U-20 World Cup since its inception.
