The Oyo State College of Nursing and Midwifery has announced that candidates who wish to pursue Basic Nursing must go through the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

This declaration was made by the Provost of the College, Dr. Gbonjubola Owolabi, in a statement released on Thursday.
The institution, which is owned by the Oyo State Government, emphasized that it will not compromise its standards and that admission into the college will be strictly based on merit.
Furthermore, the college will make Post UTME forms available to those who have achieved a score of 200 and above in their exams.
The sale of the Basic Midwifery Form has also been extended by four weeks to allow prospective students more time to obtain the form.
The Computer Based Test (CBT) is scheduled to take place from the 22nd to the 24th of April, with the interview dates set for the 2nd and 3rd of May, 2024.
