During a recent episode of the “JRE MMA Show” with Joe Rogan, the former middleweight champion supported assertions made by ex-light heavyweight champion Jiri Prochazka regarding Pereira’s involvement in shamanic practices.

“You heard what Jiri said about the whole juju aspect? It’s real. That’s true,” Adesanya confirmed, referring to Prochazka’s earlier claims that Pereira uses spiritual forces in his fighting techniques.
Adesanya pointed out the uncanny similarities between his UFC losses to Pereira and their past matchups in Glory kickboxing, implying a pattern associated with spiritual forces.
