During the monthly Holy Ghost Service programme of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye expressed his strong condemnation towards the killers of traditional rulers in Nigeria.

He emphasized that those who attempt to disrupt the peace of the country by targeting monarchs will face the wrath of God. Adeboye, who convenes an annual convention for royal fathers, stated that traditional rulers are anointed in the eyes of God.

The recent killings of three traditional rulers within a short span of four days have raised concerns about the escalating insecurity in Nigeria.

Adeboye’s remarks come as security agencies, including the police, have deployed resources to Ekiti State and are determined to bring the perpetrators to justice.

The Nigerian people are demanding swift action to put an end to the rampant kidnapping and killing epidemic in the country.
