Address my complaint against the suspended Benue APC chair, NWC- Ganduje
Comrade Daniel Onjeh, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has urged the National Chairman of the party, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, and the members of the National Working Committee (NWC) to either address his petition against the suspended party chairman in Benue, Augustine Agada, or step down from their positions.

In a letter dated March 25, 2024, directed to the APC NWC via the National Chairman, Onjeh emphasized that the National leadership and NWC members were lacking in moral integrity to issue directives to any party member while failing to uphold the principles outlined in the party’s constitution.
Onjeh’s communication follows the recent statement by the party’s NWC after its 146th meeting in Abuja on March 20, where it was decided that all ongoing cases linked to the party in Benue must be withdrawn from the courts within seven days, warning of disciplinary measures, including suspension and expulsion, for non-compliance.
Expressing disappointment with the NWC’s dismissal of his petition dated January 22, 2024, and a subsequent reminder on February 6, 2024, Onjeh accused Agada of engaging in anti-party activities and highlighted instances such as replacing party agents, withholding party tags, and misappropriating party funds meant for election logistics.
Onjeh also alleged that Agada had attempted to influence the outcome of elections by persuading other party members to work against him, further intensifying the rift within the party’s Benue chapter and prompting Onjeh to demand accountability and justice from the party’s leadership.
