Segun Arinze, a prominent figure in Nollywood, has expressed his concerns regarding the ongoing trial of former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello by the EFCC.
In a video shared on his Instagram account, Arinze emphasized the importance of due process in the prosecution of individuals accused of financial crimes.
He highlighted the unnecessary nature of the social media trial that Bello has been subjected to, urging the EFCC to allow the legal system to handle the case appropriately.

Arinze pointed out the dangers of relying on social media for judgment, emphasizing that the Nigerian judiciary should be the ultimate authority in such matters.
He stressed the need for a fair and transparent legal process, devoid of external influences, to ensure justice is served in the case involving Bello and others facing charges of money laundering amounting to N80 billion.
