According to the Federal Capital Territory police command, Abraham Aliyu has been taken into custody by their agents for the alleged murder of Mrs. Dzuma Jidayi, his employer.
As he paraded around forty-three suspects through the command headquarters on Tuesday, Commissioner of Police CP. HARUNA G. GARBA said that the suspect, who had been on the run, had perpetrated the horrific crime on October 10 in the Garki region of the territory.
The suspect was employed by the deceased’s water factory, according to the CP, after a preliminary inquiry.

The CP clarified that the suspect “damaged the water pipe in the course of his duties.” Therefore, the dead took his pay and used it to fix the broken pipe.
The deceased woman died as a result of the suspect striking her in the head with an iron rod after becoming enraged by this event.
Upon realising her mother had passed away, the suspect took her phone, a bag that held her ATM cards, and some cash before fleeing the scene.
A few weeks after carrying out the deed, the long arm of the law caught up with him, leading to his incarceration. Since then, he has admitted to the offence, and he will appear in court.
