As a result, there will be a maintenance interruption in the electricity supply to Kubwa, Bwari, and the surrounding area from Abuja Distribution Company.

The three 33kV feeders in the Kubwa Substation will undergo regular repair, as announced by the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN). On Monday, December 4, 2023, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, maintenance will start.

As a result, power will be cut off on the aforementioned feeders tomorrow for seven hours, hurting AEDC’s customers in Kubwa, Bwari, and the surrounding areas that receive power from it.

The announcement states, “As soon as maintenance is completed, power supply will be restored to the affected areas.”
