The wife of an active member of the State House of Assembly and her two children were taken, according to the Kwara State police command on Tuesday.
Okasanmi Ajayi, a spokesman for the command, confirmed the incident but said there were still few information available.

He did, however, vow to release all of the incident’s specifics at the appropriate time.
At their Shao home in Moro Local Government of Kwara State, where they lived with their two children, AK-47-wielding men seized the lawmaker’s wife and two children at around 10:00 am.
The daredevil shooters attacked their home and started shooting randomly before kidnapping the three victims.
Ipaye/Malete/Olooru Constituency of the Moro Local Government is represented in the House of Assembly by Lawal Ayanshola Soliu, an All Progressives Congress (APC) member.
