The tragic incident occurred at Evbohen quarters in Idumebo community within the Orhionmwon Local Government Area of the State.

The ransom was delivered to the kidnappers at specified locations, but to the family’s dismay, Johnbull Osagiede was still killed after the payment was made.

The deceased’s body was discovered by the community vigilante group, dumped at Pipeline Road near Iguelaba community in the area. The incident was promptly reported to the Ugo Police Division by the community members.
