Despite their standing in Group C, Fulham defender Calvin Bassey has stated that the Super Eagles are not under any pressure to defeat South Africa.

Currently sitting in third place in the standings with two points from their first two games is Finidi George’s team.

However, Bassey stated that the Super Eagles feel at ease before the game.

We don’t feel under pressure from our third-place standing on the table because we haven’t dropped a game and everyone seems to be aware of our current level of play.
