Ahmed Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for president, has pledged to restore the optimism of Nigerian youngsters by generating thousands of new employment if chosen to lead the nation in the next general elections.

In Yenagoa, the capital of Bayelsa State, during the APC presidential campaign rally on Thursday, Tinubu issued the guarantee.

According to Tinubu, who bemoaned the appalling condition of development in the state under the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) since 1999, Bayelsa deserved the same treatment that he provided for Lagos.

The Poverty Development Party (PDP), as you are aware, has been collecting your donations ever since this state’s founding but has been unable to build roads. The job is where? I’ll build a technological center with thousands of expert jobs to connect you to the rest of the world.

“Despite serving in office for 24 years, they still cannot identify a clear path. No roads other than the one that will get us here.
In 2023, we must prepare our brooms to sweep them away.

Chief Timipre Sylva, the party’s leader in the state, said: “Bayelsa is an APC state, albeit they stole our win, which is why they are unsure on what to do with it. According to statistics, Bayelsa is the second poorest state in the nation.

“Senator Tinubu, who has a track record that no one can match, has a terrific personality. When people inquire as to why I am so certain in Tinubu’s victory, I respond by inquiring as to the identity of his rivals as they lack any prior experience. What did Obi do during his eight years in Anambra, yet we can all speak well of Tinubu’s eight years and still see what is occurring in Lagos.
