Sen. Bola Tinubu, an All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, pledged on Tuesday to treat everyone fairly and justly if elected.
At a town hall meeting with North-West Muslim leaders in Kano, Tinubu made the pledge.
In keeping with the principles of the Islamic faith, Tinubu promised to act justly and fairly.
“A leader must be a leader of all in a diverse society like ours.”If elected, I will lead in accordance with the constitution of our country and with honesty and democracy.
“I have made an effort to serve you faithfully and responsibly. Whether they are Christians or Muslims, I have made an effort to enhance the lot of all of our people.

“I am grateful to Almighty Allah for giving me the chance to meet you all on this momentous occasion. Your presence and the gracious way in which you treated me make me feel grateful.
I ask God to continue to grant you the discernment and moral character you need to carry out this important task. According to NAB, he reportedly stated that the nation cannot reach the position Allah has designated for us without your guidance and counsel.
Tinubu said that cooperation, continuity, and consistency were all part of his plans for Nigeria’s growth.
He promised to give security services new tools to help the economy, fight corruption, and make people feel safer.
