Aisha Yesufu, a rights activist, attacked her detractors and boasted that she has enough passive income to last for another “eight years of awful leadership.”
The co-founder of the #BringBackOurGirls movement, Yesufu, stated this in response to social media users who had ‘taunted’ her that Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the APC’s presidential candidate, will prevail in the 2023 election.
The 48-year-old ‘Obidient’ bragged about having enough money to live comfortably through adversity for another two terms while dismissing the ‘taunting’ criticism she has received.
“Some of you teasing me with stuff like ‘Tinubu will win the election & nothing you will do about it’ is the most ridiculous thing ever,” she wrote in a tweet. I’m confident that I can withstand another eight years of terrible leadership. I make enough money from passive sources to meet my needs. I’ll get rent from my tenants.
Before I started using social media to advocate for anything, I made sure passive income was secured. It is the cause of my confidence to confront anyone.
