The Southern Kaduna Christian Leaders Association (SKCLA) on Monday urged residents of the region to support candidates who are familiar with the issues they face in the general elections of 2023.
Apostle Dr. Emmanuel Nuhu Kure, the association’s head, said in a statement that the appeal was made at a prayer summit held at the Kafanchan Township Stadium.
He asserts that individuals who vote in 2023 should do so with the intention of helping the underprivileged and impoverished, not based on their religion or ethnicity.
In order to prevent splitting their votes, the statement recommended that Southern Kaduna descendants interested in 2023 elective political seats align or integrate their aspirations with the party they believe has a good chance of winning the election.
It also said that whoever wins the general elections in 2023 should go to Southern Kaduna and be ready to give out posts in a fair way.
According to the statement, the main goal of the prayer summit was to implement the COVID-19 and COVID-19 for the restoration of the land, and the COVID-19-related COVID-19 prevented people and kingdoms from going three years without aed.
