- Wright Memorial Primary Health Center, Somolu Local Government, Emmanuel Street
- The Ifako Mini Stadium, located on College Road next to the Ifako General Hospital
- Ojo Municipality – Ojo PHC (1, Ojo Rest House)
- Ikota Primary School (Lekki-Epe Expressway), Eti-Osa Local Government
- The Surulere LG Secretariat is located at 24 Alhaji Masha Road in Surulere.
- Ogudu Area Office, Kosofe Local Government (by Ogudu Roundabout, Ogudu Road)
- Amuwo Odofin Local Government (41 Road, Festac Town) – Amuwo Odofin LG Secretariat
- Igbogbo PHC (32, Bola Ahmed Way, Igbogbo) and ItaElewa PHC (Oriwu Road, Ikorodu) are both part of the Ikorodu Local Government.
- IganIduganran PHC of Lagos Island Local Government (151/152 Adeniji Adele Road)
- Epe Local Government – Epe PHC (by the Oba’s Palace on the Epe/Ijebu-Ode Expressway)
